Hosts are psychopaths Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: Initially, we were allowed to check in early. The host even asked us to provide estimated arrival time on July 14. We responded via email that our approximate arrival time is 2:30 pm. That email was sent at 11:52 am on July 14. When we came to the property around 2:45 pm, they denied us early check in, saying they sent an email at 11:59 am. We never received an email after confirming approximate arrival time. We were approved to enter around 3:10 by host. We started unpacking and our 4yo daughter opened 3 upper drawers of a bedroom dresser and entire dresser fell on her. Luckily, she has only head bruises. Dresser was not secured to the wall, and it was on soft carpet. When notifying host about what happened, host asked us "what exactly is wrong with you" because check in is at 4pm. Upon returning from dinner we couldn't open the door using the code we were given. We contacted host and they told us that we don't know how to open the door as every other renter used the door successfully. After a call to police was made, after many text messages and hungry 2mo baby screaming from hunger they provided us with the correct code. We feelt unsafe and unwelcomed. We stayed only one night and moved to another hotel. Host didn't want to refund us.

A peaceful, comfortable, and well-appointed stay with excellent service—we wouldn't hesitate to return. Positive: We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The location was excellent—quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The accommodation was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having laundry pods available. The pool area was another highlight. It was private, surrounded by trees, and a great place to cool off during the hot days. The staff were fantastic as well. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions almost immediately, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again! Negative: The only minor downside was the parking space. While it was very convenient and close to our room, it was quite tight for our XL Cadillac Escalade, especially when the surrounding spaces were occupied. We were still able to park there each time, and the staff let us know that street parking was available if our vehicle didn't fit, so it wasn't a major issue.
