The Lakeside Condo w/ Large Outdoor Space

105 is a beautiful scenic tranquil location that’s also convenient to Peachland & Westbank restaurants & groceries. The amenities are good & host communication excellent .

The view from the condo was amazing. We loved just sitting and watching the activity on the water. Everything was good with communication until we got there. When we got the info about check in (about 2 days prior) there was a mention of going down stairs to the first floor........strange - our unit was ground level?? When I inquired about what that meant and explained that we were elderly and I do not do stairs well, I was told there was also an elevator also. I was Relieved! When we arrived no elevator. When I tried to text owner no response. I called vrbo and they tried to talk to owner and he told them that no there was no elevator and someone from their staff had given that info in error!! We could either stay or leave. Vrbo gave us a 200 credit. Luckily for us a very nice family helped my husband get our luggage to the unit. Also the parking lot for the condo was above the units and there was over 30 steps down to the condo. If you are young and able no issue but for elderly (83 yr) this was unexpected and a challenge.So the moral of the story is you don't always get the correct information and from now on I will ask every detail before I book again.

Very peaceful. Amazing lake view. Be aware drive down is a bit scary on the switchback road and definitely not a place for anyone with mobility issues. Property is well cared for, quiet and lovely getaway.

Beautiful lake front condo. Sit on the patio and enjoy the view! Excellent communication. Easy check in instructions.
